In a desperate attempt at starting any real content on these boards, I'm going to create a "What software/hardware do you use to mix or setlist DJ with?" thread.

In all fairness, I'll start it off. The rare instance I do hop on a stream, I use a varying mix of IDJC 0.7.7 and Mixxx 1.6.0 with the JACK framework under Debian 5.0 (Lenny), controlled with nothing but my keyboard and mouse. That's right, I'm one of those freaks who DJs under Linux. Seems to work pretty well, too.

Hehe, Yeah it works pretty well, shame with Linux is alot of distros are limited to the icecast protocol due to liscensing issues :D, but it can be quite good either way an dhas come a ways...
